Mr. Nagendra V V is a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University. He worked as Project Engineer at VIJAYA ENGINE VALVES PVT LTD, KAKINADA from 1989 to 1999 and his experience involves Developing Engine Valve product starts from Erection of Machinery to Developing Engine Valves as per clients Design.

He was involved in the different stages in the engine valve manufacturing industry like Maintenance, Quality control, Product design & Handling work force of 150 numbers. He was having immense knowledge of taking up productivity measures in the regular activities like reducing wastage of consumables like raw material, Spares and Power.

He is also having Software experience and started learning software to make use of day-to-day operations in Reporting so learned AutoCAD, Visual Basic 5, VBA coding in MS Access in the Year 1998. He Joined B2B Software Technologies Limited in the year 2000 as Software Engineer and under gone training in areas like Navision Technical, Software Testing, Testing Tools and worked in various areas like Web Designing, Web Development, GIS and Quality Assurance. He was a good participator and mentor of the Teams and leaded four Projects as Project Lead on languages like VB.NET, PHP and VBSCRIPT(ASP), he also worked as MR for ISO 9001:2000 and successfully completed 6 Surveillance Audits including one Certification Audit.

He was elected and awarded as Best Employee in the year 2002-2003.
